Benoit Thorey
Our Executive chef comes from the prestigious establishments of Europe and Switzerland, where he has expressed and perfect his culinary savoir-faire. He will bring the same passion to your table.

Edwin Dhanapal
Edwin was born in Tiruchirapalli (South India); he received his education and experience as a chef in Switzerland. He's our spices and flavours wizard. Edwin loves fusion cuisine.

Juliette & Danny
Juliette is a farmer's daughter from the Gros de Vaud, and Danny comes from Florence. Our Italian chefs from "Si Mangia" create traditional Italian dishes using local products.

Dorothée Dinner
A born epicurean and gourmet, Dorothée from Seed'n'Root has always had a strong taste for gastronomy. Her recipe for traditional hummus, among others, has been passed down from generation to generation and reveals its secrets only to your palate.

We source our fruits and vegetables from suppliers who share our values when they come from Switzerland as much as possible from short circuits. We buy Swiss meat, Swiss and French poultry. Our fish comes from suppliers certified for sustainable farming and fishing: MCS, ASC. Our Tofu is 100% organic and comes from Swiss farms and artisans.
The origin of the proteins is indicated in the list of ingredients.
Our garden of flavours
Aromatic herbs have a central place in our cuisine style. We grow them on our land to sublimate your meals. Our freshest herbs: such as thyme, coriander, Moroccan mint, sage, has the shortest time possible from the ground to your plate.
